Customer Credit Application
For many contractors, the convenience of a credit account makes day to day purchases at our store much easier. We have a simple application process - credit accounts are payable on the 15th of the month following the statement. The full amount is due and any accounts not paid will be charged interest. Once a customer credit application has been approved, the payment agreement form must be signed agreeing to the payment term responsibility of each customer on a monthly basis at Amherst Supply Ltd. Please fill out the form below once you have been approved for credit at our store.

Having a credit card on file can make over the phone delivery orders or curbside pick up much easier for our customers. If you would like to have your credit card on file and authorize us to charge the card as purchases are made, please fill out the form below. Any signing authorities must be listed on the form.
